This project is implemented in the framework of the contract-frame with the European Commission in the sector of energy (Framework Contract, Lot-4), that aims at the rapid benefit of technical aid in third countries in the above sectors. 

The objective of the study is to analyse the conditions and modalities for the development of renewable energy resources in the context of the implementation of the new EU Renewable Energy Directive in the Contracting Parties of the Treaty establishing the Energy Community (ECT).
