Finding the funds to support Energy Efficiency interventions in buildings is a challenge to most building owners and managers, who frequently struggle to understand what information is relevant, how it should be provided, and where they can look for financial support for their projects. Sustainable Finance actors, on the other hand, also deal with overwhelming data sets that, often being imprecise and incomplete, do not offer the necessary confidence to back investment decisions.
