On January 26 2022, the MATRYCS Big Data Alliance (BDA) held its 2nd meeting. BDA is a structured collaborative space for selected and active stakeholders that together will solve the practical challenges relating to building lifecycle management by combining meaningful data sets and using data analytics emerged from H2020 MATRYCS project.
Hospitals are becoming the frequent target of cyber-attacks, with very serious consequences in terms both of data leakage, and, even more, of business continuity. On 9 December 2021, Search and Rescue (SnR) project conveyed its third in a series of open webinars tackling key issues related to Search and Rescue (SAR) operations. After the Clustering Webinar on New Technologies for First Responders (December 2020) and People with Disabilities in SAR operations (March 2021), the consortium addressed SAR operations during the recent wildfires and floods that affected Greece and Germany around the summer 2021 period, gathering more than 100 participants from Europe and beyond.

"The QualiChain project has been featured in a CORDIS article entitled: A better way to verify educational and employment credentials. The article provides an overview of the project’s objectives and innovations, related to streamlining and simplifying recruitment processes through the use of blockchain, semantics, data analytics, and gamification technologies.
AI4EU Stakeholder Forum, 9-10 December 2021, Bologna, Italy
I-NERGY will participate in final AEI4EU event on the 9th and 10th December 2021, in Bologna, Italy. I-NERGY coordinator, Dr. Spiros Mouzakitis, has been invited as guest speaker in the session Exploitation Channels and Services of the AI on demand Platform to discuss about the contribution of I-NERGY to AI4EU in the future.
